As a new business owner, I’m learning to take a new step everyday. While it feels uncomfortable, I’ve learned I cannot depend or lean on my emotions to make me feel comfortable but rather allow that uncomfortability to grow me.

It’s uncomfortable when you have to grow but it’s better than staying the same.

One movement, One Flow:
• 5 Stiff leg deadlifts
• 5 Squats
• 5 squat pulses
• 5 Lunges (each side)
• 5 Lunge pulses (each side)

I suggest using moderate weight for the best results and you can also increase the number of reps too! 🤗
